This issue concern those who have followed correctly the Moonlight’s setup and encounter an issue with the console constantly looking for sources ... even with your OBS and NDI plugin setup.

⚙️ OBS Default Setup

So here, we will explain again the setup of OBS, we will call this for the rest of this fix the “OBS Default Setup”. First of all, if you have any, uninstall every OBS related files, to do so, open your Control Panel.

Then go to Uninstall a program

Next uninstall all of this if found:

Perfect now let’s perform our OBS Default Setup:

Go to the official OBS website and download OBS for Windows

Open the installer:

Click Next

Click Next

Click Next again

Click Next again

Here click Install

Here click Install

Wait for the installation process to end, then click FInish, also make sure that you checked the box Launch OBS Studio

On the start of the app, you can close the first two windows:
